Add contents to a large heat-proof bowl. Add hot water and allow to infuse for up to a minute. Carefully position your face above the bowl, being careful to maintain a safe distance from the hot steam. It should feel warm but not uncomfortable. You can use a towel draped over the back of your head to help keep the steam from escaping if you wish. Wait five minutes, and then remove your face. Discard remnants in the compost, or strain and add the infusion to a bath for further herbal benefits.
